Qualifications: St. Francis High School (SFHS) is seeking a 1.0 FTE Family and Consumer Science Teacher for the upcoming school year with a focus on strong emphasis on developing our Foods/Nutrition class. It is required that an applicant hold a Grade 7-12 Family and Consumer Science license through the Minnesota Department of Education. Applicant needs a background in teaching and working with students in the Family and Consumer Science field. In addition, candidates should also possess excellent communication skills with students, parents and staff. Candidates must have a current FCS teaching license (function code 090101) or hospitality service (300600) or a relevant industry certification/license, degree, or five years of industry experience related to culinary/hospitality services. Please note that we are open to someone who has experience in the Food Industry.
