Fall Protection Installation & Inspection Team at NSS Group

Part of NSS Testing

**You should have the ability to work flexibly, be it on nights, weekends, or staying away as required**

The Division

NSS Testing specialises in the testing, inspection, and installation of commercial building assets — from fall arrest systems and life safety equipment to automation and access control.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Height Safety Engineers or Installation Teams to join our skilled team.

We are particularly interested in hearing from existing teams (Lead Engineer + Engineer) who currently work together and would like to move roles as a pair.

Responsibilities of the role:

As part of the team you will deliver servicing, maintenance, repairs and installation of height safety equipment including:

• Fall Arrest and Life Safety Lines

• Eyebolts – fall restraint and abseil

• Gantries and walkways

• Guardrails

• Fixed and portable ladders

• General lifting equipment

Additional responsibilities include:

• Ensuring health and safety regulations and British Standards are followed at all times

• Identifying and reporting any further works required following service or reactive works

• Supporting other divisions within NSS when required

• Working professionally on customer sites across the UK

Requirements required:

• Smart and professional appearance and manner

• Full, clean driving license

• Experience / competency to work at height

• Relevant experience working in a similar role

• Must have the ability to work productively on your own or within a team

• The candidate must have good communication skills, be well organised and have good attention to detail
