Join Sourcebooks, the fastest growing publisher in the U.S., where creativity, innovation, and storytelling collide. This isn't a coffee-run internship — you'll contribute to real projects, collaborate with publishing professionals, and see how your work impacts readers everywhere. What you study doesn't matter: we're looking for your curiosity, your drive to learn, and your interest in books.
The Adult Managing Editorial team is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and curious intern eager to learn how books move from manuscript to finished product. Throughout the internship, you’ll work across multiple Sourcebooks imprints while gaining exposure to every stage of the publishing process. You’ll learn how schedules are developed, how departments collaborate, and how Managing Editorial keeps complex publishing programs on track.
