Our TurboTax MarTech and Data Activation team is at the heart of our marketing efforts. We're responsible for enabling and managing tracking for in-market campaign activities, data onboarding and activation, audience segmentation, and implementing new marketing technologies. Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Platform Migration Support: Play a key role in supporting platform migration, collaborating with key stakeholders across multiple craft skills.
• Data Quality Assurance: Partner with business stakeholders to perform data assurance and data quality checks and help resolve issues if/when discrepancies arise.
• Process development and evolution: work with stakeholders to help evolve existing processes to account for new technologies.
• Collaborative Impact: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and support the successful execution of marketing campaigns.

What You'll Bring:

• A keen interest in how data is used to develop targeting strategies and enhance marketing activities.
• An interest in understanding the back end processes of technology and data
• Foundational understanding of data segmentation and audience strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Any prior experience with data onboarding, data pipelines, data activation
• Familiarity with JSON / SQL would be beneficial

Qualifications

Eligibility Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program with a graduation date at least 3 months after the co-op ends.
• Available for an 8-month co-op work term, from September 2026 - April 2027, for 40 hours per week
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the co-op term, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work in our Toronto office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
