Are you an experienced enterprise sales executive who thrives on closing high-impact, complex deals?
At Vanco Faith, we bring together two mission-driven organizations committed to serving ministries, churches, schools, and the communities they support. ACST is a trusted partner in the daily ministry life of churches, delivering solutions that strengthen clarity, connection, and operational impact. Vanco extends this mission through secure, intuitive payment technology trusted by tens of thousands of faith-based organizations.
Together, we offer a seamlessly connected ecosystem that enables large churches to simplify giving, centralize financial workflows, reduce complexity, and amplify mission impact.
The Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) is responsible for driving new payments growth by acquiring large multi-location churches and denominational offices and converting them onto ACST powered by Vanco’s integrated giving and payments platform. The primary focus of this role is identifying, engaging, and closing new enterprise-level SaaS & payments deals, often in environments with complex financial workflows, multiple locations, decentralized systems, and high transaction volumes.
You will lead consultative, value-focused conversations with senior ministry and finance leaders to provide the full-suite of Vanco Faith solutions.
After closing the deal, the EAE ensures a smooth, structured handoff to onboarding, ministry success, and account management teams to support long-term adoption and expansion.
Ability to expand within an existing customer ecosystem by replacing third-party tools with integrated platform capabilities.
Skilled at building trust with ministry leadership while deeply understanding the mission and operational realities of large churches.
Ability to analyze giving models, reconciliation processes, and financial workflows across multi-campus organizations.
Comfort navigating both internal and external complexity to align solutions with ministry goals.
Works closely with implementation, success, and product teams to ensure successful transitions and long-term partnership success
