Job
Responsibilities:

• 
  Greet guests upon
  hotel entry
• 
  Provide check-in
  & check-out service
• 
  Answer phones
• 
  Handle cash and
  credit card transactions
• 
  Provide shift
  reports to ensure seamless communication among hotel staff
• 
  Maintain a
  professional, clean, and high-quality service environment
• 
  Accommodate special
  requests whenever possible and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
• 
  Other duties as
  required

Requirements:

• 
  High school diploma
  or equivalent
• 
  Ability to lift and
  carry up to 50 lbs.
• 
  Ability to stand
  for long periods
• 
  Stay calm under
  pressure and adapt to quickly changing hotel and customer needs
• 
  Ability to pass a
  background check
• 
  Ability to work a
  flexible schedule including some nights and weekends
• 
  Exceptional customer
  service skills in person and over the phone
• 
  Excellent
  communication skills, both written and verbal
• 
  Advanced computer
  skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• 
  Organized and detail-oriented with strong
  interpersonal skills
