  • Develop and release failure analysis reports, repair guidelines, and technical documentation for internal teams and customers.
  • Present bilingual (English/Spanish) technical reports to stakeholders, including customers.
  • Drive yield improvement and failure reduction initiatives through data analysis and Pareto evaluation.
  • Lead continuous improvement of FA lab capability, including equipment definition, process standardization, and capacity planning.
  • Train and mentor technicians and engineers, enhancing technical capability and diagnostic effectiveness across the team.

Experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Power Electronics, or related field.
  • Strong experience in failure analysis or test engineering within electronics manufacturing.
  • Strong expertise in power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, LLC converters, PSU, power shelves, rack systems)
  • Proven experience in root cause analysis, debugging, and failure investigation at component, circuit, and system level.
  • Hands-on experience with electronic lab and diagnostic equipment (oscilloscope, power analyzer, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of test data analysis (CPK, yield trends, reliability data, Pareto analysis)
  • Experience supporting NPI, manufacturing, and repair environments in high-volume production.
  • Ability to define and improve failure analysis processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer teams
  • Experience preparing and delivering technical reports and customer presentations
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and train technical teams and drive best practices adoption.
