What does the job involve?

Ansvarlig for effektiv lagerstyring som sikrer tilgang på kritiske materialer og utstyr. Føre tilsyn med lagerstyring, materialplanlegging, styring av masterdata og flyt. Inkluderer utarbeiding av risikobaserte strategier for optimalisering av lagernivå, prognoser på etterspørsel etter materialer og koordinering med interne interessenter for å sikre rask og nøyaktig materialplanlegging I tillegg, ansvarlig for styring av masterdata, sørge for at de er nøyaktige og i samsvar med organisasjonens operasjonelle krav. Bidra til smidig materialflyt i forsyningskjeden, minimere risiko for nedetid og maksimere effektivitet i driften.

Du bruker din kunnskap på et konkret område for å utføre oppgaver med kortsiktig innvirkning på / risiko for driften. Du gjennomfører arbeidet du er tildelt på en selvstendig måte, enten under veiledning, eller ved å følge veldefinerte retningslinjer og prosedyrer, for å oppnå mål som er satt av andre, og som påvirker ditt nærmeste team. Du formidler fakta, praksis og retningslinjer effektivt til enkeltpersoner i ditt nærmeste team, og innimellom til eksterne aktører. Du følger etablerte prosedyrer, identifiserer og løser problemstillinger, jobber for kontinuerlig forbedring, er åpen for endring og utviser fleksibilitet når det gjelder å innføre nye aktiviteter og arbeidsmetoder.

What will my tasks be?

Within this position, your key tasks will be to:

  • Ansvarlig for logistikkaktiviteter knyttet til lagerstyring.
  • Motta varer og kontrollere varemottak.
  • Klargjøre og levere materialer fra lager.
  • Bruke bil, lastebil og kran (tilhørende dokumentasjon av kompetanse kreves).
  • Håndtere avvik.
  • Merke og lagre utstyr.
  • Lagertelling.
  • Bringe forbruksmaterialer til bestemte steder.
  • Sørge for samsvar med prosesser og krav til lagerstyring.
  • Forstå de grunnleggende elementene knyttet til materialflyt og generell drift av forsyningskjede.

  • Fagbrev innen logistikk. 3-5 års relevant arbeidserfaring innenfor logistikk.
  • God forretnings- og verdikjedeforståelse.
  • Operasjonell erfaring i bruk av digitale logistikkverktøy som blant annet SAP.
  • Høy interesse for å jobbe med og videreutvikle logistikk og forsyningsaktiviteter.
  • Stor grad av nøyaktighet og struktur i din arbeidsutførelse.
  • Gode ferdigheter innen norsk skriftlig og muntlig.
  • Bor i nærheten eller har et ønske om å bo i nærheten av Øygarden.
