Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical support for customers using our AI in-memory computing products and SDKs

• Support software and SDK integration efforts under guidance from senior engineers

• Help troubleshoot, document, and report technical issues and bugs

• Contribute to user guides, FAQs, and other technical documentation

• Collect customer feedback and share insights with product and engineering teams

• Support customer demos, training sessions, and pre-sales technical activities

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams on customer-related needs

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• Extensive programming and software development experience from coursework or projects

• Familiarity with at least one programming language and general software development tools or frameworks

• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn

• Excellent communication skills and interest in customer-facing technical work

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Salary Range: $35-45 USD / hr
