Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales, marketing, and cross-functional engineering teams to engage with C-level clients in pre-sales meetings and conferences. Represent the corporate brand and lead the promotion of Data Center Solutions to capture CSP, NCP, and enterprise cloud business.
• Collaborate closely with customers to define and enhance next-generation AI/HPC server specifications. Bridge the gap between external clients and internal R&D/engineering to ensure product roadmaps align with market expectations and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization.
• Recruit, build, and lead high-performing FAE teams. Mentor and coach team members, guiding their transition into strategic Solution Architects capable of adapting to a fast-paced, high-pressure, and ever-changing environment.
• Serve as the ultimate technical authority in the field. Manage and lead teams during the investigation and root cause analysis (RCA) of complex system issues.
• Develop, review, and optimize system solutions, technical bid responses (RFx), and technical presentations. Ensure the successful delivery a proven/ optimized proposal that meet or exceeds customer business requirements.
• Deep solution architect knowledge in AI, HPC, GPU Clusters, and Data Center-centric applications.
• Highly technical problem solver who understands system architecture, hardware and software interaction
• Comprehensive understanding of the interaction between firmware, drivers, OS, and applications, with the ability to swiftly identify and resolve system-level bottlenecks.
• Highly technical problem solver with the ability to map end-user business and partner requirements into the most optimized, TCO-efficient technical solutions.
• Possess foundational hardware debug skills. Capable of leading and performing hands-on activities, enabling solution integration, and providing support for on-site data center audits and site surveys.
• Some travel required (up to 30%)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering discipline; computer science, computer engineering or electrical engineering is preferred
• Good to Strong experience with data center infrastructure and comprehensive knowledge of data center facilities
• Strong experience in networking topology and architecture is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and business sense required
• Minimum 16 years related experience with Compute/Storage Server or Data Center or IT Infrastructure experience desired
• Strong background and experience with x86, HPC, Cloud and/or GPU-based server architecture is highly preferred
• Proven ability to autonomously architect comprehensive technical solution proposals, translating complex AI/HPC requirements into a precise, integration-ready hardware proposal. This requires ensuring seamless interoperability across core subsystems while optimizing solution is highly preferred
• Solid HW system expertise and diagnostics skills
• Familiarity with Firmware, Linux, Windows and virtualization platforms is a plus
• Strong technical communication and leadership skills to lead investigations with engineers of multiple disciplines
• Individuals must be able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
