40The Faculty Trainer in the Center for Professional Learning (CPL) supports the ongoing professional development of full-time and adjunct faculty to enhance teaching effectiveness, student success, and academic innovation. Reporting to the Director of the CPL and working in coordination with the Staff Trainer, the Faculty Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating faculty development initiatives that reflect best practices in pedagogy, instructional technology, and equity-minded teaching.
This position plays a key role in fostering a culture of academic excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement that aligns with the community college's mission and commitment to inclusive, and evidence-based student-centered learning.
Additionally, the Faculty Trainer advances faculty's capacity to leverage data analytics, emerging instructional technologies, and culturally responsive practices that address the diverse needs of the student population.
Schedule Designation:
This role may offer the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement as determined by the Director of the Center for Professional Learning.
