Job Description

The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth invites applications for one tenure-track faculty position at the untenured rank in Strategy, beginning in the 2027–28 academic year. Review of applications will begin on September 8, 2026, and continue until the position is filled.

Qualifications

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have a Ph.D. in strategy or a related field. We seek candidates who produce research of excellent quality with high impact on the field. Candidates must have evidence of high-quality research and teaching as demonstrated in publications and teaching experience. We are interested in candidates who can interact effectively with others and enhance the intellectual environment of the school.

For rookies (whether graduating PhD or post-doc) , we will require they submit letters of reference and their job market paper with their application.

For non-rookies, we will not require reference letters at the time of application submission, but will request them where warranted. We will also not request a specific job market paper.
