Our selection process:
The selection process will begin on Dec. 15th. We are happy to accept applications after this date and will consider them as best we can. The dates listed in this description are estimates and are provided for transparency.
We hope to generate a "long"list of candidates by the beginning to middle of January that we will look at very carefully. Candidates on this list will be contacted and asked to provide the names and addresses of 3 references for us to solicit confidential letters of recommendation. The letters of recommendation will help us develop a short list of candidates who will be invited to participate in a short 15-20 minute Skype interview in early February. We hope to invite up to 3 and 4 of these candidates to visit us for an onsite interview in late February and early March. This process may extend into early April.
You will be able to edit your application at any time in the process. However, only updates entered on or before December 15th are guaranteed to be considered.
We will keep the process open until we have filled our position. That means that we will not be rejecting anyone until the middle of the summer. It is possible that we may reexamine our pool at any time. We wish you success in your application.
