
The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Earth Sciences (CEEES) at the University of Notre Dame is expanding its research and educational strengths in Construction Engineering and Management and invites applications for multiple open rank faculty positions in Innovative Construction Engineering and Infrastructure Systems. Appointments may be made at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level.

These areas are intended to be illustrative rather than restrictive, and candidates pursuing innovative research that broadly advances construction engineering and infrastructure systems are encouraged to apply.
Successful candidates are expected to develop internationally recognized and externally funded research programs, teach undergraduate and graduate courses in construction engineering and management, mentor students, and contribute to collaborative research within the Department, across the University, and with industry and government partners.
Candidates for appointment at the Assistant Professor level must have completed all requirements for a Ph.D. degree or have completed all but the dissertation in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, or a closely related field. Candidates for appointment at the Associate Professor or Professor level must have a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management, or a closely related field.
