
The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Surgeon to serve as a Team Physician for the Dallas Stars of the National Hockey League (NHL).
The Team Physician will provide orthopaedic and musculoskeletal care for Dallas Stars players in collaboration with the organization’s medical, athletic training, and performance teams. Responsibilities will include evaluation and management of injuries, game and team coverage, treatment recommendations, coordination of specialty care, and participation in return-to-play decisions.
The physician will hold an academic appointment within the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center and serve as part of the multidisciplinary team supporting the health, safety, and performance of Dallas Stars athletes.
