Job Description

Your Area of Work

We are seeking a detailed-focused Factsheet Reporting Analyst to join our Data & Regulatory Reporting organisation in Cork. Working as part of the operational reporting team, you will support the recurring factsheet production cycle for investment fund clients, ensuring outputs are complete, accurate and published on schedule.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build expertise in investment fund data, client reporting and reporting platform configuration. You will work with established templates and processes, resolve production exceptions and support onboarding and controlled client changes, with guidance from experienced colleagues and specialist teams.

Your Responsibilities

Factsheet Production & Control

  • Run scheduled factsheet generation batches and monitor completion against agreed production timelines.
  • Perform first-line checks covering data completeness, reporting-period alignment, prior-period movements, calculations, and visual presentation.
  • Investigate and clear production exceptions, escalating complex data, template or platform issues when required.
  • Maintain clear evidence of checks, approvals, and completed production activities.

Data & Configuration Management

  • Monitor and maintain agreed client and internal data feeds, reference data and data mappings used in factsheet production.
  • Configure approved templates within the existing design by managing component visibility, sections, footnotes, disclaimers, data points, languages, and share-class settings.
  • Complete minor branding and presentation updates within defined standards and controls.
  • Refer requirements for new templates, layouts, components, or reports to the Factsheet Reporting Solutions Specialist.

Onboarding, Change & Testing

  • Support the onboarding of new funds and share classes, including template assignment, configuration and readiness checks.
  • Implement approved operational changes such as footnotes, benchmark disclosures, and ESG or SFDR data points.
  • Support user acceptance and regression testing for template, data and platform changes, documenting results, and defects.
  • Contribute to procedure updates and knowledge sharing following implemented changes.

Publication & Collaboration

  • Publish approved factsheets to websites, data vendors and distribution platforms, and retain evidence of successful publication.
  • Work closely with Production Management, reporting specialists, fund accounting, performance, portfolio, data vendor, translation and digital teams.
  • Provide clear updates on exceptions, risks, dependencies, and progress during the production cycle.
  • Contribute ideas that improve accuracy, efficiency, standardization, and control.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Business, Data, Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Up to two years of experience in operations, fund administration, financial data, client reporting, or a related environment; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Interest in investment funds, financial data, and client-facing reporting services.
  • Experience working with structured data, recurring processes, or controlled production deadlines is advantageous.
  • Exposure to reporting platforms, fund factsheets, or document production processes is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to checking data and documents.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills, with an ability to identify unusual movements, missing data, or presentation issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Power Query, SQL, or similar data-manipulation tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to learn about a reporting platform’s production and configuration functions, including component visibility and data mapping.
  • Basic understanding of investment fund data such as NAV, assets under management, holdings, and performance is desirable.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure.
  • Accuracy: Applies disciplined checks and maintains a high standard of data and document quality.
  • Operational ownership: Takes responsibility for assigned production activities and follows issues through to resolution.
  • Analytical thinking: Uses data and evidence to identify exceptions and support effective problem-solving.
  • Collaboration: Works constructively with operational, technical, and client-facing colleagues.
  • Adaptability: Learns new systems and processes quickly and responds positively to changing priorities.
  • Continuous improvement: Looks for practical opportunities to simplify recurring work and strengthen controls.
  • Curious, dependable, and eager to develop specialist reporting knowledge.
  • Calm and organized when working on recurring production deadlines.
  • Comfortable asking questions and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Quality-focused, service-minded and committed to clear follow-through.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, domestically and internationally.
