Location: Blue Bell, PA

Salary Range: $ 71,000.00 to $ 80,000.00

Responsible for demand forecasting, procurement, inventory management, and supplier performance to ensure product availability and efficient material flow. Partners cross-functionally to drive accuracy, service levels, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts using data and planning systems; improve forecast accuracy
  • Collaborate with sales to understand trends, risks, and future demand changes
  • Place orders with suppliers and manage procurement for stocked and made-to-order products
  • Resolve supplier and scheduling issues proactively to support customer needs
  • Monitor inventory levels and address shortages or excess stock
  • Coordinate material flow across engineering, sales, finance, and warehouse teams
  • Create invoices for direct ship products and support operational processes
  • Track and report supplier performance (on-time delivery, availability, service levels)
  • Participate in process improvements and system implementations
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED required and Bachelor’s degree preferred; Supply Chain or Operations preferred
  • 3–5+ years experience in supply chain, demand planning, or procurement
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills with ability to use data for decision making
  • Knowledge of inventory management, material flow, and supplier coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred

  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communications.
  • Experience in Microsoft BI or similar database.
  • High degree of initiative, energy, and ownership.
  • Attention to detail and the discipline to follow through on assigned tasks.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to Interact and communicate with internal departments and supplier, outside warehouses.
