AGCO has an opening for a Factory Planner to join its team in delivering extraordinary results. Responsible for internal order management and slotting (in collaboration with brands of Dealer Centrals) to meet customer needs. It also includes support on the factory planning side to prepare production plans for combines and headers. The role will require a hands-on worker who will use ERP systems for order management (Baan and SAP).
Your Impact
Factory Planning & Production Coordination: Manage IDEAL and SW take-rate analysis, maintain production plans, prepare factory responses, support resequencing of combine plans, review header production plans, and contribute to high‑level production planning and MRP preparation.
Order Slotting & Configuration Management: Handle order slotting, manage configuration changes, and support commercial rework on finished goods inventory (FGI) units for open orders.
Order Processing & Systems Management: Extract and share Slot ID reports, process IDEAL orders via SAP, place straw walker and header purchase orders in BAAN, and ensure accurate transfer pricing and configuration validation.
Order Follow‑Up & Invoicing: Monitor order confirmations, issue intercompany invoicing orders in BAAN, and ensure timely communication with production planners.
Tracking & Reporting: Maintain and update BRE‑BHM trackers, shipping trackers, and related operational reports to support visibility and execution.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline and 2+ years of Solid experience in working with ERP systems
Developing capabilities in supply planning, data analysis, and management reporting
Strong customer focus with developing interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills
Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
Proficient use of SAP (mainly SD), BAAN, and MS Office tools, particularly Excel
