We are currently looking for a People Partner to join our Operations team.

Location: Karacabey, Bursa
Type of contract: Permanent

As a Factory People Partner, you will have the following responsibilities;

Performance & Talent Management:

  • Support the Performance and Talent Management cycle, including objective setting, development planning, performance calibration, and talent development.
  • Support the talent review / calibration in business unit to ensure high performance is rewarded and developed in line with the PPD (People Development and Performance) Cycle.
  • Ensure People Managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance improvement at all levels. Coaches teams to interpret, apply and communicate “Total Reward” principles / policies and strategies.

Training and Learning:

  • Design and implement development programs aligned with the Training and Learning strategy
  • Faciliate Education & Training Pillar activities. Design and follow-up mandatory and technical trainings.
  • Manage budget details by tracking expenses.

White Collar & Blue Collar Strategic Partnership

  • Provide support to implement the People Plan. Understand and deliver people based data and analytics to support execution of all people processes and KPIs ( Key Performance Indicators) for the specific unit in colloboration with Local Committees
  • Deliver data-driven insights and analytics to support decision-making

HR Organizational Alignment

  • Educate and support business to ensure Line Managers and Employees understand the End-to-End Human Resources model including Digization of HR proces and ensuring quick and efficient access to solutions.

Industrial Relations:

  • Perform and follow up disciplinary process of shopfloor employees in compliance with CBA (Collective Bargaining Agreement) rules. Meeting with union representatives and action follow up to ensure our activities are in line with employees’ expectations.

Employee Engagement:

  • Maintain effective win-win working relationship with managers, employees and their representatives through environment that fosters communication and cooperation.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe work environment that encourages communication and collaboration
  • Promote Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles and Corporate Business Principles through coaching and role modeling

Talent Acquisition

  • Support leaders throughout the recruitment process and ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the Talent team.

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor or master degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources within global-scale organizations, covering areas such as Recruitment and onboarding, union and industrial relations, performance management, learning and development, recognition & reward, compensation & benefits
  • Proven ability to demonstrate leadership, strategic vision, and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience in performance management, people development, and coaching.
  • Experience working in a large, matrix organization is preferred.
