Factory Operative

• Salary: Starting from £26,602.03 per year (with higher rates for nights and skilled roles)
• Shift Pattern: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (includes weekends as part of the rota)
⏰ Hours:
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Next Assessment Centre: 03rd June
• Next Induction Dates: 15th &30th June

Our factory operates at around 5°C (perfect for our salads!). We provide all PPE to keep you warm and comfortable, plus access to a canteen, hot drinks, and a friendly team environment.
This role requires your own transport to and from work, This site is not accessible by public transport.

Important Food Safety Requirements
Due to the nature of fresh food production, all jewellery must be removed before entering production areas on every shift, including:
• Rings
• Necklaces
• Bracelets
• Watches
• Facial piercings / earrings
• Any other visible jewellery
This is essential for product safety and contamination prevention.
