About the Opportunity

Our client is a well-established manufacturing organisation operating within the construction chemicals sector. They are seeking a senior-level Factory Operations Manager to lead full factory operations, drive production efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This is a senior management role requiring strong leadership, operational discipline, and immediate availability.

Location: Sagamu, Ogun State, Nigeria

Must be willing to work on-site full-time.

Must be willing to undergo a mandatory psychometric assessment as part of the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full factory production operations and planning

  • Drive quality control and process optimisation

  • Lead vendor and logistics management

  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian regulatory bodies (SON, NAFDAC, MAN)

  • Manage production budgets and cost controls

  • Lead HSE compliance and safety systems

  • Supervise and develop production teams

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations
  • Background in construction chemicals or a similar industrial production environment
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field

  • Strong regulatory exposure (SON / NAFDAC / MAN)

  • Immediate availability or a maximum of 30-day notice

  • Willing to complete psychometric assessment (mandatory)
