Our client is a well-established manufacturing organisation operating within the construction chemicals sector. They are seeking a senior-level Factory Operations Manager to lead full factory operations, drive production efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.
This is a senior management role requiring strong leadership, operational discipline, and immediate availability.
Location: Sagamu, Ogun State, Nigeria
Must be willing to work on-site full-time.

Oversee full factory production operations and planning
Drive quality control and process optimisation
Lead vendor and logistics management
Ensure compliance with Nigerian regulatory bodies (SON, NAFDAC, MAN)
Manage production budgets and cost controls
Lead HSE compliance and safety systems
Supervise and develop production teams
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
Strong regulatory exposure (SON / NAFDAC / MAN)
Immediate availability or a maximum of 30-day notice
Willing to complete psychometric assessment (mandatory)
