The Company is a digital export platform helping Egyptian manufacturers go global.

We connect verified local factories with international buyers in the GCC, Europe, and North America, handling everything from sourcing and logistics to payments and customer acquisition.

We’re looking for a highly driven Sourcing Agent to grow our vendor base by identifying, qualifying, and onboarding high-potential Egyptian factories and manufacturers. You’ll actively seek out new suppliers through cold calls, factory walk-ins, and trade visits. Your goal is to bring on export-ready partners across categories like cosmetics, home goods, apparel, food & beverage, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold Outreach: Initiate outreach via calls, emails, and walk-ins to pitch The Company's value proposition.

• Onboarding: Guide factories through the onboarding process, including documentation, product listing, pricing, and certifications.

• Product Validation: Work with internal category and quality teams to ensure the supplier’s SKUs meet our export-readiness criteria.

• CRM Management: Log leads, update engagement stages, and report pipeline progress daily.

• Category Coverage: Focus on top-priority verticals: o Cosmetics & Personal Care o Home Accessories & Textiles o Apparel & Fashion Qualifications:

• 2–7 years of experience in sourcing, sales, or B2B vendor onboarding (marketplace, export, wholesale, or manufacturing background preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both in-person and over the phone.

• Familiarity with industrial zones and trade hubs across Egypt (e.g., Obour, 10th of Ramadan, El Sadat, Badr).

• Ability to understand product specs, quality standards, and pricing models.

• Fluent in Arabic; basic English proficiency is a plus.

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
