Are you ready to take a leading role in driving marketing and sales excellence? We are looking for a Factory Marketing and Sales Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, managing product profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful results while upholding our core values of safety, integrity, and collaboration.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with regional and global business goals
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics
  • Lead and coach a multi-cultural team of experienced sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Further expand the global network of Strategic Channel Partners
  • Manage the product and brand portfolio, including budgeting, profitability analysis, and return-on-investment evaluations
  • Collaborate with factory operations and product management to ensure market-driven product development and delivery
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from customer engagement and quotation to contract handover and order fulfillment
  • Support customer service activities, including issue resolution related to pricing, delivery, and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • As People Manager, you will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines

Your background

  • Proven experience in global sales and marketing, ideally within the energy or manufacturing industry
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and driving performance
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a plus
  • Analytical mindset with a structured and results-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, being prepared of worldwide travel
  • Experience in managing P&L responsibilities and commercial decision-making
