Job Description

The role objective for a Factory Manager in Qatar is to oversee and optimize all aspects of factory operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and resource management.

Develop and implement operational plans that align with the company's strategic goals, manage production planning, procurement, and supply chain processes to maintain smooth operations.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 to 10 years in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory setting.
• Proven experience in leadership or supervisory roles in a production environment.
• Experience in implementing production methods such as lean manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Demonstrated ability to improve production efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
• Experience in managing and developing teams in a factory setting.
• Practical knowledge of production planning, manufacturing workflows, and quality control processes
