About the Company:

Our client is a leading environmental engineering company in Sri Lanka specializing in clinical, pharmaceutical, e-waste, and maritime waste management. Established in 2014, the company pioneered Sri Lankas first centralized clinical waste treatment facility and continues to deliver sustainable waste solutions through cutting-edge technology and global best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily packaging operations, production planning, and order fulfilment of Polythene Bag production.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across the facility
• Oversee maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Handle procurement and inventory, ensuring cost-effective supply and accurate tracking.
• Collaborate with sales, R&D, and Marketing team to meet market demands and drive innovation.
• Lead and Develop the team to maintain a high-performance work culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years in production management within a polythene manufacturing/ packaging, including 2 years in managerial position.
• Bachelors Degree in Production Management, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Established customer base in a similar industry is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and quality standards,
• Proven Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem solving, organizational, and communicational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
