Job Description

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in UAE a managerial role within aluminum production, marbke and joinery.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the aluminum and joinery industry, particularly in architectural aluminum and custom joinery products.
• The Factory Manage will oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production processes, adherence to safety and quality standards, and effective use of resources.
• This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in aluminum and joinery manufacturing, and the ability to manage a diverse team of employees.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of industrial machinery, production planning, and inventory management in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid UAE license
