Job Responsibilities

• To manage and oversees the Production Process so as to ensure efficiency of the Plant in order to meet the Performance Targets with minimum cost.
• To plan, direct, supervise and coordinate the production process in compliance with company goals and objective.
• To evaluate the plant performance and recommend cost-effective measures to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• To organize and direct work flow to satisfy production requirements in a cost-effective manner
• To train, guide and motivate the employees and to achieve a high level of performance satisfaction
• To ensure a clean, safe and secured working environment in the Plant by creating a high level of employee commitment towards a Responsible Care attitude.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and related field.
• High-level leadership and decision-making skills.
• Able to motivate, influence, and train people.
• Possesses a high level of technical competency and problem-solving skill.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skill and able to interact well with all levels of people within and external contacts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge in machinery automation is preferred
