The opportunity
You will be part of Hitachi Energy Transformers in Ludvika. The Business Solutions IT Organization supports critical operations that enable manufacturing excellence and digital innovation. In this role, you will act as a key interface between IT and the business, working closely with site leadership, business application owners, and global IT stakeholders to deliver reliable and value-driven IT services.
Join us in shaping the future of industrial IT. As Site IT Service Delivery Manager, you will play a central role in driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and business growth through strong IT service delivery and leadership.
How you’ll make an impact
Lead and manage the Site IT team and resources, ensuring effective service delivery
Act as the primary interface between business, IT suppliers, and global IT stakeholders
Oversee ticket management, triage, and escalation processes to ensure service performance
Deliver and maintain IT infrastructure, governance, and cybersecurity standards onsite
Capture, prioritize, and manage business demand for IT solutions and improvements
Lead IT projects and ensure successful implementation of site-specific initiatives
Manage vendors, applications, and network connectivity to support operations
Plan and control IT budget, while ensuring business satisfaction and continuous improvement
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent experience (10+ years in IT)
Proven experience (4+ years) in IT management and service delivery roles
Strong project management experience in complex, global environments
Solid understanding of IT processes, business processes, and stakeholder management
Experience in manufacturing environments and change/process improvement is a plus
Fluent in English with good Swedish skills and ability to work in dynamic environments
Good knowledge in Microsoft DevOps & Azure, SAP S/4HANA, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma (L6S)
