You will be mainly accountable for:

• Supporting line managers and supervisors in the organization in understanding obligations, liabilities andanyother legal, internal or group HSErequirements

• Ensuring appropriate tools and measures are in placeto monitor the legal and internal complianceand used effectively, at the same time reporting the HSE incidents.

• Reporting on HSE performance and progress with respect to the Groupand local targets andobjectives

• Drive behavioral change and ensuring HSE capabilities are optimized and aligned to standards and best practice

Qualifications for the role:

• You are highly skilled inHSE topics related to a manufacturing activities

• You have at least five years of experience inmanaging HSE in a manufacturing unit

• Possess an enhanced knowledge ofItalian HSE legislation and relevant international standard, RSPP/ASPP qualification is preferred;

• You are passionate aboutknowledge of manufacturing and production processes and their impacts on health, safety and environment

• University degree inHSE engineeringor equivalent ;

• You are at ease communicating inItalian and English

Compensation Package

Minimum annual salary: € 48.000

Variable Pay: AIP target 5% + Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
