We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Factory Helper to support daily factory operations, maintain cleanliness, and assist with operational tasks as required

Key Responsibilities

• Assist truck driver with loading and unloading of goods at factories while following correct procedures;
• Ensure cargo is secured and transported safely;
• Provide directions and help with navigation as needed;
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle;
• Ensure cleanliness and good housekeeping of the factory and equipment at all times as per quality standards;
• Maintain good housekeeping as per established protocol;
• Handle waste disposal safely and efficiently;
• Assist in different areas of the factory as required (polyvalency);

Job Requirements

• Form II;
• Experience as manual worker heavy duties will be an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Team spirit, passionate;
• Ready to work on shift system;
