Get in the driver's seat:

As a Factory Footprint Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing our manufacturing facilities, ensuring that factory layouts, infrastructure, and production environments support efficient operations, future growth, and world-class manufacturing performance.

Working across multiple departments, you will drive factory layout planning, facility development, and infrastructure projects, ensuring our production environment is optimized for safety, efficiency, scalability, and future business needs.

What are your key responsibilities?

  • Develop and maintain factory layouts, production footprints, and space utilization plans to support current operations and future business growth.
  • Plan manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, office, and support areas to optimize material flow, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate facility and infrastructure requirements with Production, Engineering, Logistics, Maintenance, HSE, and external partners throughout project execution.
  • Support new product introductions, equipment installations, and production transfers by ensuring facility readiness and layout compatibility.
  • Manage factory layout changes, capacity planning, and workspace optimization based on business and production requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain layout documentation, master plans, CAD drawings, and facility standards while ensuring data accuracy.
  • Evaluate infrastructure, utilities, and building requirements to support manufacturing processes and future expansion projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance factory flow, safety, flexibility, and long-term operational performance.
