We are currently seeking a Factory Director Senior Leader for our NEW Virginia, city of South Boston manufacturing plant. The role will be located in Virginia in city of South Boston and full relocation will be offered. The location is 90 minutes from Raleigh/Durham. The role is a $500MM greenfield project, with construction starting later this month. This new plant will be adjacent to other operating plants and form a large manufacturing campus. The role manages all aspects related to operations of a manufacturing unit including the full scope of Health, Safety & Environment, Production, Engineering, Project Management and Production Scheduling. Accountable for safety, quality, on time delivery, inventory, and cost.
