Join us as Factory Controller at Oinofyta and grow within a dynamic global team!


We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Factory Controller to join our Finance team at our Oinofyta Factory. In this role, you will act as a key business partner to factory leadership, providing financial guidance, performance analysis, and decision support to ensure efficient operations and achievement of business objectives.
You will lead factory controlling activities, monitor manufacturing costs, oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and cost efficiency. Working closely with FLT and Operations & Finance teams in H/O, you will play a critical role in driving operational and financial performance across the factory.

A day in the life...
You will help drive financial and operational excellence by:

  • Preparing, analyzing, and communicating factory financial performance results, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Monitoring manufacturing costs, variances, production efficiencies, and key operational KPIs.
  • Supporting monthly closing activities and ensuring compliance with Nestlé accounting standards and policies.
  • Leading the factory budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations to factory management to support decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Performing variance analysis and identifying opportunities to optimize costs, productivity, and resource utilization.
  • Supporting capital expenditure projects through financial evaluation, investment analysis, and post-investment reviews.
  • Collaborating closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives and supporting digitalization efforts that enhance financial visibility and business performance.
  • Ensuring strong internal controls and compliance with corporate and statutory requirements.


What makes you successful

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree or professional certification (ACCA, CIMA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent) will be considered a strong advantage.
  • 5 plus years of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, Cost Accounting, or Manufacturing Finance.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment will be highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform financial data into actionable business insights.
  • Solid understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI is considered an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
