Hiring Range: $38.15 - $46.73 Per Hour (posted range include $2.00 per hour worked FACT differential)

Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is hiring a Program Team Lead to support our Flexible Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) team. The FACT program provides intensive, time-limited services to clients most impacted by serious mental health conditions such as schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders. Clients typically remain with the program for 6–12 months, receiving most services in their homes or other community settings, before transitioning to Adult Outpatient services. The Program Team Lead plays a critical role in coaching staff, coordinating care, conducting outreach, and ensuring the highest quality of services for clients with complex needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION: Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling or acceptable social sciences or must meet waiver criteria of RCW 71.24.260.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
This position requires driving clients in a personal vehicle on behalf of the agency. Therefore, the incumbent must meet all agency driving requirements, including being at least 21 years old, having been licensed for a minimum of three years, successfully completing a motor vehicle history check, possessing and maintaining a current, valid driver’s license in the state of Washington, and having reliable, insured transportation.
LICENSES/CREDENTIALS Agency Affiliated Counselor License or higher. Must meet and maintain the definition of a Mental Health Professional as defined by current Washington State requirements.

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc.
Work Environment Office, outreach environment, clinical.
Mental/Physical Requirements Frequent mobility and/or sitting required for extended periods. While performing the job duties, the employee is required to walk, sit, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk, or listen. Peripheral vision is also required for this position.
*A sign-on bonus is a form of compensation for a new employee in addition to their established salary. Bonus amounts are prorated by FTE, and any changes to FTE before all bonus installments are paid may alter the total payout
