协助办公区域、生产区域及公共设施的日常巡检。
跟进空调、电力、照明、给排水等设施的日常维护和报修工作。
协助管理供应商（保洁、安保、维修等）的现场服务。
维护设施相关台账、维修记录和文件资料。
协助跟踪预防性维护（PM）计划执行情况。
支持办公工位调整、会议室布置及后勤保障工作。
协助落实EHS（环境、健康与安全）相关要求。
完成上级安排的其他设施管理相关工作。
