Do you want to play a central role in the operation and development of facilities and utilities at one of Denmark’s largest production sites? We are seeking an experienced Facility Utilities Manager for our aseptic production facility in Kalundborg, who can ensure stable daily operations and drive long‑term strategic development.
Your new role
As Facility Utilities Manager, you'll be the backbone of our production operations – ensuring that critical utility, facility, and HVAC systems run seamlessly every day. You'll lead a skilled team of craftsmen and technicians, optimize utility operations, and ensure we meet the highest standards of compliance and safety.

Your new department
You’ll be part of Production Support that has the responsibility for the facility and supply of clean-/industrial utility for the production. Furthermore, we have our project management office, being responsible for all our major investment projects. We are organised in 3 teams occupying 50 engaged colleagues.
In CMC & Product Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.
Within CMC & Product Supply, our facility and utility operations are critical enablers of production excellence. Your work will directly support large-scale manufacturing, ensuring the infrastructure and systems that power our production run reliably and efficiently. You'll be part of a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
