Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, partitions, and floors.
  • Maintain cleanliness of cafeterias, breakrooms, and vending areas.
  • Clean offices, conference rooms, reception areas, hallways, locker rooms, and other common spaces.
  • Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
  • Replenish restroom and breakroom supplies, including paper products, soap, and cleaning materials.
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish surfaces as needed.
  • Respond promptly to spills and housekeeping needs throughout the facility.
  • Identify and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others.
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.
  • Ability to work throughout a large manufacturing facility.
