Role
The Supervisor FacilityOperationswill lead Agricultural operations, including liquid and dry custom applications, with a strong focus on safety.
ASample ofWhatYou’llDo inthisRole:
Supervise facility operationsand provide daily direction to direct reports
Facilitate and encourage effective communication with the Sales team
Promote safety culture while aligning with internal corporateobjectives
Support andfacilitatefacilitygoals andobjectives
Work with the Location Operations Manager to coordinate the design, installation,operation,and maintenance of equipment
Coordinate annual audit and compliance activities with Location Operations Manager
Assistwith compliance efforts related to DOT, GPS, EHSS, and other regulatory agencies
Ensure that all direct reports areproperly trainedin their necessary duties and suggest training to improve job skills
Promoteapositive work environment and overall employee morale
Present a professional image through personal appearance and overall facility cleanliness
WhatYouBring totheRole:
3+ years of experience
Abilityto lead and influencewithstrong communicationand interpersonal skills
Ableto handle multiple assignments simultaneouslyand work independently with minimal supervision
Ability tocomprehendand communicateEnglish language written policies and procedures
Abilitytomaintainand promote professionalism in interactions with team members and customers
High School Diploma or equivalent and experience with Agricultural operations
Your Digital & Technology Capabilities:
Utilize operational technology systems, GPS tools, and digital reporting platforms to support facility operations, compliance activities, and equipment management
Leverage data, operational metrics, and reporting tools tomonitorperformance, support decision making, and drive continuous improvement
Embrace emerging technologies including Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, and digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams to enhance productivity, communication, and workflow efficiency

Compensation and Benefits:
In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $59,200 - $78,940. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
