About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in plant at our location in Shanghai.

What you can look forward to as a Facility Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for buildings, machinery, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and other plant infrastructure.
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Manage repairs and troubleshooting of facility equipment in collaboration with maintenance team.
• Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., janitorial, landscaping, utility providers).
• Oversee contractor work to ensure quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and manage facility-related supplies, spare parts, and equipment inventory.
• Assist in budget preparation and control expenses related to facility operations.
• Optimize energy usage and oversee utility systems (water, gas, electricity).
• Identify and implement cost-saving and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead and train maintenance staff. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to policies.

Your Profile as a Facility Supervisor:

• Education: Bachelor or equivalent (degree in Facility Management, engineering, or related field preferred).
• Experience: 3+ years in facility/maintenance supervision (manufacturing setting preferred).
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems; familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Certifications: Construction, Electrical, HVAC, or related certifications are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
