Facility Tech

Principal Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility’s equipment including electrical, ACMV, compressed dry air system, vacuum system, gas system, process chilled water system and plumbing.
• Performing routine checks on electrical, ACMV, compressed dry air system, vacuum system, gas system, process chilled water system and plumbing equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Coordinate facilities equipment maintenance schedules and repair activities.
• Supervising external contractors or vendors for services like housekeeping, pest control, vending machines, preventive and breakdown maintenance, repairs and renovation.
• Works with manufacturing or process engineers in the installation or repair of electrical and mechanical equipment in production area.
• Minimum of 4+ years of facilities management experience

Required Experience & Skills:

• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and identify faults.
• Reporting: Ability to maintain records of maintenance activities and generate reports.
• Team player: Able to work with a team to deliver objectives set out by Management.
• Willing to work in Cleanroom environment, perform Work-at-Height duties and occasional weekend work arrangements
