Facility Site AdvisorThe Facilities Site Advisor (FSA) is a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team with dual reporting to the Site Leader and Workplace Experience Manager. This individual plays a vital role in ensuring employees have a positive, productive experience at the client’s offices by keeping facilities well maintained, responsive, and ready for daily operations.
The FSA provides tactical support related to workplace tools, processes, and services. Acting as the “eyes and ears” of the workplace, this role is the first point of contact for employee needs and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience in alignment with client priorities.
The ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused, collaborative, and an energetic self-starter. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
