MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Facility Security Officer Manager to join our team in Oahu Hawaii.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Directs an organization's security functions, including physical security, Facility Security Officer (FSO) responsibilities, and safety of employees and facilities.
Serve as the final Technical Authority for the establishment and enforcement of security policies across multiple program sites.
Authorize security protocols and validate compliance with national industrial security standards and National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) requirements.
Provides high-level programmatic security oversight for the logistics and sustainment mission.
Authorize the Program Security Plan and coordinate with Government leadership to ensure full compliance with mission-specific security requirements.
Approve security analysis, plans, and studies required to support multinational Mission Partners.
Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
Expert-level professional security designations.
Experience in formal document approval and acting as the Functional Lead for program security deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in a related field, PMP certification, and extensive experience with USSOCOM programmatic security requirements
Clearance Required:
Must hold an active Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
