You work to mitigate security risks and protect our people, products, and premises at a country level and/or across multiple locations.
How you will contribute
You will be responsible for developing, implementing and leading the strategic and tactical components of the operational security program in your assigned region and ensuring that security activities comply with company policies and legal and regulatory requirements. This role will include managing, planning, developing and implementing security plans, programs and processes on physical security, executive protection and security audits. You will be responsible for coordinating activities needed to hire and pay for security and legal services, including the preparation and control of security and legal purchase orders. In addition, you will report and monitor reports of theft and abuse of trust at the national level; supervise appointments and documents to control legal complaints; and analyze security risks and vulnerabilities in your area.

More about this role
What you need to know about this role:
Ensure the security of people, products, facilities, and assets at Mondelez's Lima Plant, commercial office, and Distribution Center. The role leads the implementation of Global Security Standards (GS-01), manages the Food Defense program (PAS 96 standard), oversees private surveillance services, and develops incident response systems. Responsible for maintaining security equipment (CCTV, alarms, perimeter fencing), conducting risk and vulnerability assessments, and coordinating contingency plans for critical situations (civil unrest, bomb threats, theft, kidnapping). Reports to the Security Manager WACAM and is accountable for the security of ~800 direct workers at the plant, ~100 contractors, and ~150 employees in commercial/logistics offices.

Requirements:
Retired officer from armed forces or state security agency, or university degree in industrial security or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate security
Knowledge of ISO 28000, ISO 31000, BASC, AEO (Authorized Economic Operator), TAPA
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Intermediate to advanced English
Experience implementing physical security standards, executive protection, electronic security, and event protection plans
Experience in risk and vulnerability analysis
Experience in corporate investigations and incident reporting
