The Role and Responsibilities
Based in Henderson, we are seeking a Facility & Property Coordinator. This role will be responsible for EnerMechs facilities operations and ensure compliance with internal and external administration and documentation requirements as required. The role will also be responsible for all real estate management requirements including sourcing, lease review/renewal and contract management. The Requirements
To be successful you will have supervisory experience, and have experience working within the Oil and Gas or Process industry. You'll have QHSE experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office packages. You will be someone that is familiar with planning and maintaining facilities budgets. You will hold a minimum Diploma Qualification, and a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) Credential, or equivalent.
