The Intel Sector isseekinga highly organized and detail-orientedFacilityProjectManager whoisresponsible forplanning, organizing,securingand managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific program goals andobjectives Duties may include ensuring that all programs run within scope, time, and budget constraints. Thispositionalsointerfaces withtask and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Interface with functional leaders, task leads, subcontractors, and support staff to coordinate resources and responsibilities.

  • Provide strategic communication planning for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the development of new products, services, or operational strategies in support of organizational goals.

  • Work independently to achieve day-to-dayobjectiveswith significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.

  • Responsible for entire projects or processes within a professional area.

  • May include coaching and reviewing the work oflower levelprofessionals.

Basic Qualifications

  • TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance isrequired
  • BA/BSdegreeinConstruction Science,Engineering, Architecture,Project Management, Business Administration,orInformation Systems with 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience orMasterswith 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Experience working within national security, intelligence analysis, or related security-focused domains.
  • Strong knowledge ofmission-criticalbuildingsystems
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant business applications.
  • Proven Experience with acquisition processes, including facility services, Architectural and Engineering (A&E), and construction contracting.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leadership and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional ( PgMP), or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in regulated or technical industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, healthcare, IT, or engineering).
  • Experience with critical power distribution systems
  • Experience with facility related control systems
  • Proficiencywith program management tools and platforms such as Microsoft Project, Primavera,ProCore,Archibus, and SAP.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
