Facility Operations Manager I
The Facility Operations Manager I is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant processing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. This position manages multiple operational areas, including drum processing, tank farm operations, truck loading and unloading, wastewater treatment, inventory management, and waste tracking. Working closely with the General Manager, the Facility Operations Manager I provides leadership to plant supervisors and operations personnel while driving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, employee development, and continuous improvement. This role serves as the second-in-command in the absence of the General Manager.
