The Facility Operations Manager I is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, including drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, truck loading/offloading, wastewater treatment, and waste processing activities. This role serves as the second in command in the absence of the General Manager and is responsible for driving operational efficiency, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting employee development, and ensuring all Health & Safety standards are followed throughout the facility.
