
Scope of Responsibilities: Works with facility management to develop and implement programs to provide necessary service to our customers. Assists in the training and development of subordinate staff, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. Relies on experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
Responsible for the implementation and adherence to the Kinney Standard of Practice as it relates to the provision of the highest quality health care service to our customers
Travel Extensive travel required. Attendance at various Kinney business and management conferences may be required.
