Your Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring all compliances of location w.r.t. ESH in collaboration with HR

• Facility operation & management
• Seating allocation
• Lab safety and maintenance ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.
• ERT for all 6 labs
• Security and access control management
• Spoc for facilities related audits
• Cafeteria management
• Transport management
• TISAX audit related compliance
• Budgeting, forecasting & planning for the facility’s upcoming needs and requirements
• Expatriate management & services
• Maintaining contract & lease agreement and renewal leases on a timely basis
• Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and building projects helping with office relocations
• Vendor Management: Procurement, recommendation note, vendor selection, vendor performance, scorecard, raising PRS, billing, invoices cross, statutory compliance
• Event management.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering (preferred)
• 7-12 years of professional experience in Facilities, ESH & Automotive Industry etc...
