Job Description

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of all manufacturing facility infrastructure. This role ensures that buildings, equipment, and systems are properly maintained to support continuous production while meeting regulatory, safety, and environmental standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of industrial systems and facility operations.
This an onsite role in the West Palm Beach area Salary: $90,000-110,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the facility, including maintenance, utilities, and building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, compressed air, etc.)
  • Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
  • Manage facility-related capital projects, including renovations, expansions, and equipment installations
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and local/state regulatory requirements
  • Lead safety initiatives related to facility operations and support plant-wide safety programs
  • Coordinate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to align facility operations with manufacturing goals
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers
